Who owns what

PARTSMAP, GT+, SMOKEMAP and the 9D name and logo are marks of 9D Industries LLC. Other names and logos on this website belong to their owners, and showing them doesn't mean they endorse us or that we're affiliated with them.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe something on this website infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent. Please include:

Counter-notice

If we removed something you posted and you believe it was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice with: your name, address, phone number and email address; the material removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you're outside the US, any court where 9D can be found), and that you'll accept service from the person who sent the original notice; and your signature.

Where we let people post content in our products, we may remove the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
