This page explains the choices and rights you have over personal information that 9D Industries LLC holds about you through 9dindustries.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. Each of our products has its own privacy policy for data inside that product.

What you can ask for

• Access. Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Correction. Ask us to fix information that's wrong.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law or to handle a legal claim.
• Opt out. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising, so there's nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we'll update this page first and give you a way to opt out.

Team members

If you are or were a 9D team member, you can change or remove the photo and contact details on your profile at any time, or ask us to take your profile down.

How to make a request

Email legal@9dindustries.com and tell us what you're asking for. We'll reply within 2 business days to confirm we have it. Before we share or delete anything, we may ask you to confirm it's really you, usually by replying from the email address we have for you. You can ask someone to make the request for you if you give them written permission.

We don't charge for requests, and we won't treat you differently for making one. If we can't do what you asked, we'll tell you why.

PARTSMAP and other products

For data inside PARTSMAP, GT+ or another 9D product, including business listings on PARTSMAP, please use that product's privacy page or email legal@9dindustries.com and tell us which product it's about.
