These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of 9dindustries.com (the "Site"), the website of 9D Industries LLC ("9D", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our products, including PARTSMAP, GT+ and SMOKEMAP, have their own terms and privacy policies. When you use a product, its own terms apply to that product. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the product's terms win for that product.

1. What the Site is

The Site describes 9D and our products, shows our team, and lets you contact us. Some products shown on the Site are pre-launch or not yet generally available. A product that is not yet generally available may change a lot or be discontinued.

2. Prices and plans

Prices on the Site are in US dollars and are shown for information only. A price shown on the Site is not an offer. Any purchase or subscription is made inside the product and is covered by that product's terms, including its billing and refund terms. Enterprise plans are priced by agreement with us in writing.

3. Team profiles

Team profile pages show the name, role and contact details each team member chose to share. You may use those details to contact that person about 9D business. You may not copy profiles in bulk, add them to marketing lists, or use them to send spam.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

• break any law, or help anyone else do so;
• try to get into parts of the Site, our systems or our products that aren't open to you;
• scrape, crawl or copy the Site in bulk by automated means, except search engines following our robots rules;
• interfere with the Site or its security, or put malware on it;
• pretend to be 9D, a 9D team member, or anyone else.

5. Our content and marks

The Site and its content, including text, design, images and code, belong to 9D or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. PARTSMAP, GT+, SMOKEMAP and the 9D name and logo are marks of 9D Industries LLC. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or normal business use. You may not copy, sell or reuse our content or marks without our written permission. To ask, email legal@9dindustries.com. Our Copyright page explains how to report content you believe infringes your rights.

6. Messages you send us

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. Please don't send us anything confidential unless we've agreed in writing to keep it confidential.

7. Links to other sites

The Site links to our products and to other websites. We aren't responsible for other websites we don't run, or for their content or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Site will always be available, error-free or secure. Information on the Site, including sample figures and example data, is general information only and isn't professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any security.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 9D and its owners, team members and suppliers won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Indemnity

If you use the Site in breach of these Terms or the law, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. If you live somewhere whose law gives you rights these Terms can't take away, those rights still apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Site after that, the updated Terms apply.

13. General

If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
