Privacy Policy

This policy covers 9dindustries.com, the website of 9D Industries LLC ("9D", "we", "us"). PARTSMAP, GT+ and our other products have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

You can browse this website without an account. This website has no sign-up or contact forms. If you email us, for example at support@9dindustries.com, press@9dindustries.com or legal@9dindustries.com, we receive your email address, any name or details you include, and your message.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to reply to you, handle your request and keep a record of the conversation. We don't add it to PARTSMAP or any other product's data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who helps us

Vercel hosts this website. Like any host, it processes visitors' IP addresses and request data to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

Team profiles

Each 9D team member has a profile page at 9dindustries.com/profile showing their name and role. Each member chooses whether to add a photo or contact details, and can change or remove them at any time. Contact details a member chose to share are shown on their profile. Profiles are taken down when a member leaves 9D. Profile pages are unlisted and ask search engines not to index them. To ask about a profile, email legal@9dindustries.com.

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies for visitors.

No sale or sharing

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep emails only as long as we need them to handle your request and keep a record of it, then delete them.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, email legal@9dindustries.com. We'll reply within 2 business days to confirm we have your request. See Your Data and Rights for more.

Children

This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
